Bio I am an 80s baby and turning 25 this year. Yikes. I'm a diehard Transformers fan, have been ever since I watched the original show as a kid. I have a passion for growing things and animals. I write science fiction and fantasy even more than I read them, and I'm a voracious reader. I have a gift with horses more than with any other animal. I am a cancer survivor; when I was three-and-a-half I had Acute Lymphocitic Leukemia. I have also survived a kick in the face by one of the horses I work with. These experiences have given me a serious, sometimes cynical sense or humor and point of view of the world and my situation. I am also an empath and have Post Traumatic Stress Disorder because of having cancer at a young age. Currently, I work two jobs, am a Purdue graduate in English and Creative Writing, am going to IU for my Masters in Library Science, and am trying to finish up several pending novels for publication. The reason I write science-fiction and fantasy is mainly because God has shown me a need there for Christian writers and I have a talent that can serve. Not all of my writing has underlying Christian themes, but as with my much-loved J.R.R. Tolkien, I like to slip in hints now and again.
